Our co-founder, Dr. Wang attended the International Consumer Electronics Show (CES) held at Las Vegas, Nevada.

CES is one of the largest global stages for innovation. According to the 2017 statistics, 184,279 attendees and more than 4000 exhibiting companies were attracted to convene at CES. Continuing to serve as the proving ground for innovators and breakthrough technologies, CES has attracted many companies to come in 2018.

Various innovative products were exhibited in CES2018. In the exhibition hall of HERE Technologies (@here), their mobility hub was demonstrated on how to connect supply with demand for both service providers and consumers. Standing at the forefront of mapping, they stepped in the autonomous world for connecting drones and vehicles. There was also a demo at their gate of hall on providing end-to-end passenger experience as the partner with Virgin Hyperloop One for moving people at airline speeds. In other booths, latest novel solutions were demonstrated for applications in smart cities, smart logistics, smart mobility, smart home, smart health & wellness, and smart manufacturing.

Collecting and using data in a real time and actionable way for a seamless connection or integration with hardwares and devices have been shown to form foundation for the latest wave of innovation taking industry to the next level. For creating smart products, an integrated data hub plays vital roles supporting the connection and integration among cutting-edge technologies such as the Internet of Things (IoT), big data analytics, and artificial intelligence (AI). The traits of interoperability would empower different systems and products to work in an interactive mode for either access or implementation and to bring us to the autonomous future.
